In addition to the basic skills a sales associate should have (you should know what these are, and have experience in them - if you don't, no need to apply), you should also possess the following characteristics / qualities / skills:

• Basic knowledge about social media and its use for marketing (and be willing to learn, and use new techniques)
• Savvy researcher
• Possess excellent writing and spelling skills
• Creative thinker (come up with new and exciting ways to do things)
• Detail oriented
• Have Pride in your work, and work toward the overall success of Phibble
• Since you will working off site, you should have a strong work ethic
• Have Excellent communication skills
• Be trustworthy, responsible and attentive. (We don't tolerate flakes)

commitment and compensation

This is a full time, exclusive position. As a vested owner, we expect your commitment to be as if it was your company ('cause it is!).

• 2% Vested Ownership of Phibble Media over 13 months
• 50% commission on each sale (after artist royalties)
• $200 Bonus for each BizDev account (paid upon first referral/sale)

commitment and compensation

We expect at least 20 hours per month in the short term, and since you are earning an interest in the company, rather than a salary, you are allowed to work on other projects for the first 13 months until you have earned your vested interest.

• 12% Vested Ownership of Phibble Media over 13 months
